when we deliver.

A credit is what you spend when we deliver. Verified emails cost 1 credit. Found phone numbers cost 10. If we can’t verify the email or find the phone, nothing is deducted. You only pay when the data lands in your hands.

Each credit returns a complete record: the person’s verified work email, their job title (when available from our data sources), and the company domain. If you search with phone enrichment enabled, you’ll also receive up to 2 phone numbers per lookup with type labels (mobile, direct, office).

Most tools charge you a credit for every lookup, whether the email bounces or not. Their “900 credits” might yield far fewer usable emails. prospiq only deducts a credit when we return a verified email or find a phone. You never pay for bad data or missed lookups. Plus, our pricing is flat-rate, not per-user.

Phones cost 10 credits when we find them, 11 for email and phone together. If no phone is found, nothing is deducted. Free plan includes 20 credits to try phone and email enrichment. Paid plans have no phone cap; your credit pool is the only ceiling.

Repeat searches for the same person are completely free. We cache your previous results, so you can look up the same contact as many times as you need without spending any credits.

Currently, credits reset each billing cycle. We’re evaluating rollover for annual plans, stay tuned.

Since you only pay for verified results, refund situations are rare. But if something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right. See our full refund policy for details.

Yes. We process only publicly available business contact data under legitimate interest (GDPR Art 6(1)(f)) and legitimate use (India's DPDP Act). Anyone can request data removal through our opt-out page, and we maintain a permanent suppression list. You can read our full privacy policy.
