Once you've enriched contacts in prospiq, you can export them as CSV. The CSV gets you into every sales tool that doesn't yet have a native prospiq integration — Outreach, Salesloft, Pipedrive, Reply.io, and many more.
Where to find the export button
CSV export is available in three places:
- History — every lookup you've ever run can be exported
- Bulk enrich — the results of any bulk upload can be exported as a complete CSV
- Chrome extension — bulk reveals from the extension can be exported directly
It's not available from the single search page itself, because exporting a single result as CSV is rarely what you want — for one contact, just hit the copy button next to the email or phone.
Exporting from History
The History page lists every lookup you've run, with filters for date range, mode, and status. To export:
- Open History from the left sidebar
- (Optional) Filter to just the lookups you want — for example, only this week's, or only successful ones
- Click the Export button
The export includes everything visible in your current filter. If you want to export everything, clear the filters first.
Exporting from Bulk enrich
When a bulk upload finishes processing, the results page has an Export button. The CSV you get back is your original upload plus the verified results — same row order, with new columns for the verified email, phone, and metadata.
This is the most common workflow: upload a list, wait for it to process, export the enriched version, import into your sales tool.
Exporting from the Chrome extension
If you've used the Chrome extension to reveal contacts in bulk (for example, from a LinkedIn Sales Navigator search), the extension lets you export those revealed contacts as a CSV without needing to go to the web app.
This is convenient when you've been working entirely in LinkedIn and want to skip the round-trip.
What's in the CSV
The exported CSV includes columns for:
- Name fields — first name, last name
- Company — the company name we matched
- Verified email — the email address (empty if no email was found)
- Verified phone — the phone number in E.164 format (empty if no phone)
- Status — verified, found, no-result
- Credits used — how many credits this row cost
- Date enriched — when the lookup was run
For bulk uploads, your original CSV columns are preserved alongside our verification columns. If you uploaded a CSV with custom columns like "Lead source" or "Campaign", those stay in place.
Importing into your sales tool
Most sales platforms accept CSV import out of the box. The specifics vary by tool:
- HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho — you can either import the CSV manually, or use prospiq's native CRM push (no CSV needed). The native push is faster and avoids duplicate-contact issues.
- Outreach, Salesloft, Reply.io, Mailshake, Lemlist, Smartlead, Instantly — all accept CSV import for prospects/leads/contacts. Map the prospiq columns to their schema during import.
- Pipedrive — CSV import for People works directly.
- Google Sheets — open the CSV in Sheets, work with it from there.
See Using prospiq with tools we don't directly integrate with for tool-specific workflow tips.
Credit costs
Exporting doesn't cost credits. The credits were spent when you ran the original enrichment. Once data is in your account, you can export it as many times as you need to.
