prospiq has four plans. Which one is right for you depends on how many contacts you enrich per month, whether you're working alone or with a team, and whether you need API access or CRM integrations. Here's a practical guide.
Start with the free tier
Almost everyone should start with the free tier. 20 credits is enough to:
- Run a handful of single lookups and see the quality of the verified data
- Try one small bulk upload (a CSV with ten or twenty rows)
- Test the Chrome extension on a few LinkedIn profiles
That's enough to know whether prospiq is the right tool for you before you commit any money. The free tier doesn't auto-convert and doesn't ask for a card. Use it for a week if you need to.
When to upgrade to Starter ($29/mo, or $23/mo yearly)
Starter is for solo operators and very small teams doing modest outbound volume. The 500 monthly credits work out to:
- 500 verified emails, or
- ~45 phones, or
- ~45 email+phone pairs (with credits left over for additional emails)
Starter is the right plan if you're:
- A founder doing your own outbound and reaching out to 100-300 prospects per month
- A solo SDR with a focused account list
- A small agency doing light enrichment for a few clients
Starter unlocks CRM integrations (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), which the free tier doesn't have.
When to upgrade to Growth ($59/mo, or $47/mo yearly)
Growth is the most common plan and the one we'd point most paid customers toward. 1,500 credits per month is enough for:
- Active outbound at 500-1,000 contacts per month
- A small SDR team running real campaigns
- Mid-size agency work
Growth is the right plan if you're:
- Running outbound as a real channel, not a side experiment
- A team of two to three people sharing enrichment workload
- Enriching 50+ contacts per week consistently
Growth gets you priority email support, which makes a real difference when something's stuck.
When to upgrade to Pro ($99/mo, or $79/mo yearly)
Pro is for teams with serious volume or specific developer needs. 3,500 credits per month is enough for:
- Heavy outbound (1,500+ contacts per month)
- A four-to-five-person SDR team
- API-driven workflows
Pro is the right plan if you need:
- API access — Pro is the only plan with the API enabled
- Higher rate limits for bulk and integration use
- Volume that exceeds Growth consistently
If you're approaching Growth's 1,500-credit cap most months, Pro is more cost-efficient per credit than buying repeated top-ups.
When you need a custom plan
If you're:
- Enriching 5,000+ contacts per month

How to think about it
The simple version: start free, upgrade when you hit a wall.
If you spent your 20 free credits in a day and the data was good, jump to Starter. If you're consistently running out before the month ends, move to Growth. If you're hitting Growth's cap most months or your engineering team is asking about the API, move to Pro.
You can change plans anytime. See Upgrading or downgrading your plan for how billing changes apply.
What about the team add-on?
The team add-on is separate from your plan tier. You can be on any paid plan and have a team add-on, or be on a paid plan without one.
The add-on is right for you if:
- You have multiple people who need their own logins
- You want to track credit usage per person
- You want to share saved lists across the team
Add-on tiers:
- 5 seats: $45/month ($36/month yearly)
- 15 seats: $99/month ($79/month yearly)
Larger team sizes are available on custom plans.
