Your profile lives in Settings, alongside your CRM connections, API keys, referral code, data export, and account deletion. This page covers what's editable, what isn't, and why a few things look the way they do.
Opening Settings
Click Settings at the bottom of the left sidebar.
You land on a single long settings page (no tabs to navigate). The profile card is at the top, and below it are CRM Integrations, API Keys, Referral Program, Export Your Data, and Danger Zone.
What's on the Profile card
The Profile card shows:
- First name — your given name
- Last name — your family name
- Email — the email address on your account
- Phone — optional
- Plan — your current plan (Free / Starter / Growth / Pro)
- Credits — how many credits you have left
- Member since — the date you signed up
In the top-right corner of the card is an Edit button.
Editing your profile
Click Edit. The card switches into edit mode and you can change:
- First name
- Last name
- Phone
These are the fields you can update yourself. Save when you're done.
What you can't change here
A few things on the profile card aren't editable from this page:
Your email is the identity prospiq uses to recognize you. Whichever email you signed up with — Google OAuth, Microsoft OAuth, or email magic link — is the address tied to your account.
If you need to change the email itself (for example, you've changed jobs and your work email is different now), contact support and we'll help you migrate the account. We can't automate this safely because it touches authentication, billing, and team membership at the same time.
Plan and credits
These reflect your current subscription state, not editable fields. To change your plan, see Upgrading or downgrading your plan. To get more credits, either wait for your next monthly reset or upgrade.
Member since
This is the date your account was created. Not editable.
Why there's no password section
prospiq doesn't use passwords. Sign-in goes through Google, Microsoft, or an email magic link. There's nothing to "change" in the way a traditional password field would imply.
If you want to change which sign-in method you use, your account is tied to whichever method you originally signed up with — see Sign-in issues for how method-switching works.
What else lives on the Settings page
Below your profile, in order:
- CRM integrations — connect HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM. See What integrations are available
- API keys — create and manage API keys (Pro plan only). See Getting started with the prospiq API
- Referral Program — your personal referral code, the referral link to share, and how many credits you've earned from referrals
- Export your data — request a complete JSON export of everything in your account, delivered to your email
- Danger zone — permanently delete your account
For account deletion specifically, see Deleting your account — the section explains what's removed, what persists for legal reasons, and how to handle a team account before deleting.
