Company search

Find every contact we know at a target company — and enrich any person at that company in two clicks.

Last updated May 11, 2026

Company search is for when you know the company you want to target but don't yet know exactly who to reach out to. You search the company name, we show you the verified contacts we have at that company, and you can pull a verified email or phone for anyone — known or named on the fly.

When to use Company search

Use Company search when:

  • You're building a target-account list and need to find decision-makers at each account
  • You know the company but the exact name escapes you ("someone in marketing at Tresvista")
  • You want to see who else exists at a company alongside the person you've already enriched
  • You're multi-threading a deal and need backup contacts at the same account

If you already have a specific person's name, single search is faster. If you have a CSV of names + companies, bulk upload is the right tool.

Opening Company search

Click Companies in the left sidebar.

The landing view

When you open Companies, you see:

  • A page header that reads "Company search" with a count of companies across your past searches
  • A search bar in the middle: "Search a company name..."
  • Below that, cards for every company you've searched before, each showing the company name, its logo, the number of contacts you've found there, and your hit rate at that company

If this is your first time on the page, the cards section is empty — your past company searches will populate it as you go.

Searching a new company

Type the company name into the search bar and click Search.

You don't need a domain or a perfectly formatted name. "Microsoft", "microsoft", "Microsoft Corp", and "Microsoft Corporation" all resolve to the same company. We do the disambiguation on our side.

A few seconds after you click Search, the company page loads.

The company results page

The company page shows everything we have for that company. From top to bottom:

Company header

The company name, its domain (e.g. microsoft.com), and its logo. There's a "← Back to companies" link to return to the landing view.

Four stat tiles

  • Total — total contacts we have at this company
  • Found — how many have been successfully enriched
  • Not Found — contacts we couldn't find verified data for
  • Hit Rate — the percentage of contacts at this company where we have verified data

Quick enrich card

A small form labeled "Quick enrich at [Company name]" with two fields — First name and Last name — and a Find Contact button.

This is for finding someone specific at this company without leaving the page. Type the name, click Find Contact, and the lookup runs against the company you're already on. Same credit rules as single search — 1 for email, 10 for phone, up to 11 for both, 0 if we come back empty.

Contact list

Below the stats, every contact we have at this company is listed. Each row shows:

  • The person's name
  • Their verified email (if found) — clickable, copy-able
  • Their verified phone (if found) — with a small phone icon
  • A status pill on the right: Verified (we have a verified email and phone), Found (we have one but not the other, or partial data)
  • An age indicator ("6h ago", "2d ago") showing when this contact was last verified
  • A + button to save this contact to a saved list
  • A copy button to copy the email to your clipboard

The list has tabs:

  • All — every contact we have
  • Found — only the ones we've successfully enriched

Bulk actions

Above the contact list you'll see two buttons:

  • Copy emails — copies the emails of all selected contacts to your clipboard, comma-separated. Good for pasting straight into an email tool's "To" field.
  • Export selected — exports selected contacts as CSV.

Select multiple contacts with the checkboxes on the left of each row, or use the "Select all" header checkbox to grab the whole list.

How credit charging works on Company search

The search itself — typing the company name and seeing the contact list — doesn't cost credits. You can browse who's at a company without paying anything.

Credits are charged only when you:

  • Run a Quick enrich on a new person (charges based on the mode — email, phone, both)
  • Reveal a contact we've identified but haven't fully enriched yet (some entries may be partially loaded and require a credit-charged reveal to see the verified email or phone)

If the email/phone is already visible in the row when you arrive, it's already enriched in your account — viewing it again doesn't re-charge.

Returning to past company searches

Every company you've searched persists in the landing view. The cards on the Companies landing show every company you've searched before, with a quick summary of contacts and hit rate. Click any card to return to that company's page and continue working with the contacts there.

This makes Company search useful as an ongoing target-account list. Build up a roster of accounts over time, and revisit them when you need to enrich new contacts there.

Saving contacts to a list

The + button on any row adds that contact to a saved list. You can create a new list inline or add to an existing one. Saved lists are the right place to keep enriched contacts you're actively working — see Saved lists for how lists work.
